Difficult things happen. Most often unexpectedly and outside of our control. I share this song for those who may need a similar reminder in those times when loneliness takes hold, and the fear becomes crippling. This is my attempt to tap into the undercurrent of connection that holds us all, that is ever-present, and whose gentle hum heals. It is a manual shift towards abundance in the small, yet significant things that make life meaningful.

"I'm Good" was there to catch me when I needed to be reminded that everything really was ok. That I was good.
